I live in Bryan/College Station, TX. I work for a demographics firm that does enrollment projections for Texas school districts.

When I am not working I like to travel down to Costa Rica and visit my property in Tamarindo. I love Costa Rica because of it’s sheer beauty and the wonderful people.

I have a main house on my property along with two newly remodeled apartments. I have my apartments for rent to travelers who want a comfortable place to stay, with all the American amenities.

Hopefully one day I can live in Costa Rica long term and enjoy a pura vida lifestyle!
